"I see a beautiful serenity in many objects or scenes, even those that might seem old or ordinary to the casual observer.

I choose my subjects for their emotional resonance as well as their visual interest.

My goal is that my paintings evoke tranquility and invite optimistic contemplation.

Many of my works of art are world travelers. Over 400 pieces are found in art collections throughout North America and in far off places such as Hawaii, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Australia, Pakistan, Russia, Denmark, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Germany, Holland, England, Scotland and Wales.
